  • We are not responsible for external disruptions affecting attendance, such as transport strikes, weather, or travel delays, and no refunds will be issued due to such circumstances.
  • If the event is fully cancelled (not postponed), refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable processing fees.

  • Sponsorship agreements will be outlined in a separate contract.
  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., number of leads, brand exposure).
  • Sponsors must comply with all applicable laws and ethical marketing practices.
